Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you use My Perfect Routine, including its website and mobile application. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

My Perfect Routine is a general routine, productivity, fitness, and wellness tool. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or individualized medical advice.

• Exercise examples are general information. Choose movements appropriate for your abilities and environment.
• Stop an activity if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom.
• If you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are uncertain whether an activity is appropriate, seek advice from a qualified health professional.
• Medication-related routine steps are only personal reminders. Follow the instructions provided by your licensed clinician or pharmacist. Do not change medication because of content in the app.
• If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in methods and for information you choose to save. Do not share passwords or verification codes. You agree not to use another person's account without permission or attempt to access another user's information.

Some features let you save custom routines, progress, reflections, or other text. You retain your rights in content you create. You give us permission to process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid features may be offered through Apple or Stripe depending on the platform. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and subscription controls. Web subscriptions may be managed through the Stripe customer portal when available. Deleting a My Perfect Routine account does not necessarily cancel a subscription held by Apple or another payment provider unless that provider's cancellation process is completed. Check your subscription settings before deleting an account.

You may not use the service to:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with access controls, authentication, billing, or security safeguards;
• introduce malicious code or abuse automated interfaces;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent entitlement to paid features; or
• use the service in a way that materially disrupts it for others.

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We will try to avoid unnecessarily disrupting paid access and will respect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

My Perfect Routine relies on third-party services such as Apple, Google/Firebase, Google Cloud, Stripe, and other service providers described in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms may apply to services they provide directly to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not make guarantees about specific fitness, health, financial, productivity, relationship, or other personal outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Account-deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the in-app deletion flow when available.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate for material changes. Your continued use after an applicable change takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
